Return Process

  Carefully repackage the bottles in their original specialized shipping containers to ensure they are protected against breakage during transit.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our cellar team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
